Hi, I'm Rupe Taylor, your instructor.
I’ve been a Class A PGA Member since 2013 after graduating from NC State University’s Golf Management Program. Growing up in Charlottesville, Virginia, I had the privilege of working at several facilities in the area, including Birdwood Golf Course, Spring Creek Golf Club & Keswick Golf Club. Most recently, I worked at The Kiawah Island Club’s Cassique Course and Princess Anne Country Club.
What's my story?
My passion for teaching the game of golf has continued to grow over the span of my career.
I received a Bachelor's Degree in PGA Golf Management & a Minor in Coaching at NC State. I have coached two High School Teams, several PGA Junior League Teams, utilized Operation 36 instructional platform for juniors and adults. I earned a certification in the PGA's Specialized Professional Program for Teaching & Coaching and I am certified in Titleist Performance Institute's Golf Fitness.
